Blog and me

I think when a person has a lot of thoughts, ideas, observations, he should write them down. In a personal diary, in notes on the phone or on social networks, wherever you want.

To be honest, I’ve never done this before, I didn’t have a diary, there were no notes on my phone and all unspoken thoughts piled up in my head. But after starting a blog, I always make notes. This should be done for various reasons: in order to express problems, to share feelings, to not forget some of your ideas and not accumulate thoughts in head.

In the “new media” lesson, our task for the whole semester was to create a blog and maintain it regularly. My blog had another task – to share my observations and knowledge in a certain sphere. We could choose any topic.

How did I choose a theme? I really like to study psychology, so in order to combine business with pleasure, I started a blog about it. I believe that this task was one of the best and most useful.

I am not writing about this topic now, but I am still and more interested in it. On this platform, now I have another task, to write on certain topics. Of course, it is more difficult, but it helps us to develop. For example, thought processes like “what can I write?”, or “how should I write?”. By expressing your thoughts, you learn to think independently, to have your point of view, to know yourself better.

Also, in the assignment there is an item “leave a comment to other people”, which helps to reveal more. You write about your opinion to another person, evaluate his work, give constructive criticism or words of praise. For me, as for a person who leaves no comment at all, this is very interesting.

I know that my story of starting a blog is not exciting, but it’s truthful and I tried to focus on things that were and will be useful for me.
